Redeemer's University | Ede, Nigeria | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 3

" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it gives me the platform to transform my passion for community well-being into meaningful action. I do the work I do because I believe that even the smallest positive impact can inspire change and contribute to building a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Community wellness programs (exercise therapy)
My project is focused on SDG 3, Good Health and Well-Being, with the aim of creating awareness on how exercise improves the overall well-being of an individual. The project targets individuals of all ages within my community. Through this initiative, I was able to raise awareness online about the importance of regular exercise and how it contributes to better physical and mental health.
