Unlike conventional navigation tools, this system integrates real-time variables such as budget constraints, safety metrics (e.g., well-lit routes, public transport reliability), and event-specific deadlines (e.g., registration cutoffs or session timings). By leveraging machine learning and crowdsourced data, it dynamically adjusts recommendations to minimize travel-related stress, ensuring students—especially those from underserved regions—can access opportunities without logistical barriers.
