UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT AISWARYA KRISHNADASAN, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2025.
Stella Maris College | Chennai, India | Advancing SDG 4, SDG 8 & UNAI 9

" I want to be a Millennium Fellow because it will help me grow — both as a leader and as a person. I see this as a chance to explore myself as a social worker, understand my role in contributing to society, and discover various career pathways that could shape my journey toward becoming a Cultural Attaché. This fellowship will allow me to collaborate with thoughtful and driven individuals who are working every day to create change. By learning from them, sharing my own ideas, and pushing my limits, I hope to refine my leadership skills, expand my vision, and build the confidence to connect people and cultures while staying true to my dream — ensuring that no one’s aspirations remain grounded. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: PILOT THE FUTURE
“Pilot the Future” is a career-guidance and inspiration initiative designed to help school students understand their dreams, challenges, and opportunities. Through structured surveys, mentorship , and dream-oriented awareness sessions, the project empowers students to explore their potential and make informed choices about their future paths.
Pilot the Future basically serves 3 key groups-Students, Teachers" and Parents.
Our primary audience is students, because Pilot the Future is built to help them discover their dreams, understand career possibilities, and gain the confidence to pursue meaningful futures. Our secondary audience is teachers, since they play a key role in guiding students and can reinforce the awareness and mentorship students receive through the program. Finally, our tertiary audience is parents, as their support and understanding are essential for sustaining students’ aspirations beyond the classroom.
