Millennium Fellowship Project: CyberSafe Pakistan
CyberSafe Pakistan is a national initiative designed to empower people of all
ages—from children to elders—with essential digital safety skills. The project combines interactive awareness campaigns, hands-on workshops, and accessible resources to
address real-world online threats such as cyberbullying, harassment, data breaches,
and misinformation. By leveraging a train-the-trainer model, student and teacher
ambassadors, volunteer-led events, and strategic partnerships with schools,
universities, and community organizations, CyberSafe Pakistan aims to directly equip
10,000 Pakistanis in its first year. The vision is to create a digitally resilient society
where every citizen is confident, safe, and responsible in the online world.
About the Millennium Fellow
Umm-e-Habiba is a dedicated member of the Graphic Department and is currently working on a project under the name "Fune Dastoor." She is involved in creating eco-friendly baskets by recycling cardboard, aiming to promote sustainability and environmental awareness. Through innovative design and practical creativity, Umm-e-Habiba contributes to transforming waste materials into useful, artistic products that support a greener future.
