" I love working with others and being part of a broader community brought together with a shared or common purpose. Being a Millennium Fellow will help grow my leadership and interpersonal skills and I'd love to greatly contribute to the UN's SDGs as well as being of positive impact to the community. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Empowering minds
The project involved writing an article that highlights the challenges facing the education sector in Kenya and sharing it with our peers to empower them and instill a sense of responsibility to collectively address the highlighted issues. The target audience was youth and our peers. The project aimed to gather feedback from readers and encourage a collective call to action among those who engaged with the article.
