" Being a Millennium Fellow excites me as it allows me to learn, grow, and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Also I am passionate about using my knowledge in food to help people live healthier and safer lives, and the Fellowship gives me a platform for that and I'm very excited to work as a Millennium Fellow. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Thrive Together

Our initiative focuses on individuals who possess various skills such as stitching and crafting, but are unaware of how to monetize these abilities. Conversely, there are many individuals lacking skills who lead a very challenging life. Our project addresses both groups by categorizing them based on their skill sets: those who have skills and those who do not. We educate people on how to promote their skills through social media, helping them make connections with the market. Additionally, we will provide training to acquire skills for a better quality of life. We emphasize handcraft skills and kitchen gardening, which not only benefits individuals but also has a positive impact on the environment and mitigates the effects of climate change.
