" Honestly, I joined the fellowship with the aim of expanding my horizon about life and society. I started the registration initiative because I identified a problem and worked on a solution. At first, it was about making some money, but over time I realized the impact it created and how it aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Information Driven College Assistance

Guiding students through university admissions by analyzing their academic records and interests, providing personalized advice to align grades with career goals, and supporting informed decision-making for enrollment and program selection.
During the Millennium Fellowship, my project successfully guided over 150 prospective university students in aligning their grades with their academic and career interests, and was able to track 10 students all the steps of the way till they got admission to their target programs. This met and slightly exceeded my initial goal of supporting 100 students.

About the Millennium Fellow

Achekwa Zeph Ugugu Sayuri is passionate about expanding access to higher education for high school graduates. Driven by the belief that information should be easily accessible, Zeph focused on guiding students to choose university courses aligned with their interests and academic performance. To achieve this, he founded College Assistance Hub, a platform that connects senior students and professionals across various fields to mentor and support high school graduates, helping them navigate registration processes and secure placement in their chosen programs.
