Millennium Fellowship Project: Parasites Awareness and Menstrual Hygiene
This project aim to create Awareness on parasitic infection and Menstrual Hygiene focusing on the parasite _Trichomonas vaginalis_ We select busy days in school and go around class to class educating the population about menstrual hygiene and parasite infectious, symptoms, prevention and control and treatment. e also meet students around campus and talk to them.
About the Millennium Fellow
Buyoh Fayeh Mildred is an African lady hailing from the north west region of Cameroon from a small village called Mbem. She was born in douala where she grew up. She is a microbiology student at the University of Buea faculty of science and she is Aspiring to one day become an Epidemiologist and a disease control specialist. She is passionate about promoting good health and well-being in Cameroon, Africa and the world. She is a lover of leadership and she served as the secretary general of the faculty of science student association for the academic year 2024/2025 . Fayeh dream just of one thing ie to impact Many lives as possible through community outreaches, donation and sensitisation She is hoping to one day get a scholarship to study out and to use the knowledge gain to help her country in the best way possible
