United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: DREAMS BECOME REALITY
Dreams Become Reality (D.B.R) is a project that seeks to help high school graduates get into college. The project was born out of the pain of seeing many high school graduates in my country Cameroon complete high school and not being able to get into college to pursue their dream careers.
To curb the situation, my project will reach out to about 800-100 high school students to:
1) provide them mentorship on how to choose their subjects in high school to align with their future careers.
2) organize conferences and talks on available Universities and professional schools where they can enroll.
We hope to reach out to 800-1000 high school students between August- December 2025
About the Millennium Fellow
Nchia Dze Desmond is a young passionate medical student at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the university of Buea, Cameroon. He was born in Mbouda in the West region of Cameroon. He is very passionate about promoting access to good education by all as He serves a teacher and mentor in a national medical preparation center. He us very passionate about the accomplishment of the SDG especially good health and well-being. He is an aspiring oncologist and is working to find a cure to cancer.
