" "Adaptation to every situation" has been a quote, I have had to live with, ever since I entered health field. With many things to do in academics and in the extracurricular aspect, I have learned to adapt myself to every situation I am placed in and make the best out of it, and I believe it will be the same with the Millennium Fellowship 2025. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Peer Pressure and Mental Health

My project is on peer pressure and mental health among university students particularly first year students. I have noticed that many freshmen in my community come to the university and get influenced negatively by peers to indulge in bad activities. Throughout these months I have spoken to students one on one, spoken to classes and organized an online session on peer pressure and mental health. I have been able to reach out to over 100 students during this period and I have created a WhatsApp forum for follow-up and have more onsite activities such as sports.
