" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it provides me with the opportunity to strengthen my efforts in advocating for women and girls in Afghanistan. I believe that access to education and equal opportunities are the keys to transforming lives and communities. Through this fellowship, I hope to gain the skills, connections, and platform to create a meaningful impact that empowers Afghan women to pursue their dreams and claim their rightful place in society. This experience will help me amplify their voices and align my work with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Zan-Hub
This project aims to support Afghan girls in turning their creative ideas into reality. We’ll provide a safe and inspiring environment where they can express their thoughts, receive guidance, and develop their ideas. The most promising ideas will be rewarded, and we’ll work on connecting those winners with mentors, resources, or partners who can help bring their visions to life. The goal is to empower girls to dream boldly and give them real opportunities to make their ideas happen.
