Millennium Fellowship Project: Empowering Educators:Teacher's Training Programme.
"Empowering Educators" is a teacher-focused initiative designed to enhance classroom teaching in Bangladesh through practical training and exposure to modern methods and digital tools. The project aims to strengthen teachers' confidence and skills, making classroom learning more interactive, inclusive and effective for students.
By conducting needs-based surveys, creating custom training materials and hosting targeted workshops, the initiative focuses on equipping educators with practical strategies that can be applied immediately in their teaching. The project aligns with SDG 4: Quality Education, recognizing that empowered teachers are central to creating meaningful learning experiences and shaping student success.
This project embodies the vision of sustainable change by starting at the root by supporting those who is guiding our next generation.
About the Millennium Fellow
Jannatul Mawya is a dedicated and socially conscious education major student at the University of Dhaka. Born and raised in little village of Bangladesh, she has actively engaged in youth development and community service activity currently serving as a volunteer at Agami Inc and Red Crescent Society Bangladesh.From an early age, Mawya has been passionate about empowering young people, promoting education and fostering social awareness. Her commitment to leadership and advocacy is reflected in her participation in initiatives like the Millennium Fellowship and various educational programs. She aspires to create meaningful change in society by combining education, social action and community development.
