We are planning to launch a project to eradicate extreme poverty for all people on the basis of socially deepening inequalities. For this we are selected an area in Bangladesh named Kurigram which is below the poverty line. The people of Kurigram are poor because of natural disaster like flooding and river erosion which devastated the region, shortage of alternative livelihoods, lack of access to education and highly depend on agriculture. And also there is low expectations of earnings and culture barrier like- restrictions on female education and job involvement, early marriage tendency etc has created a trap which hinder to migration for betterment. Our initiative aims to encourage economic engagement for all disregards with cultural and economic barrier. We want to provide them innovative entrepreneur ideas and facilitate micro loans to support small scale businesses. And also we want to reach out through primary schools as concepts of self sufficiency and women especially to train them in family planning, education and early marriage risks.Particularly we want to guide them to come out from cultural barriers and build them self sufficient. We are planning to target workshops on farmers as well which supports them to introduce in diversified income sources.
