United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Anvay

Project Anvay (अन्वय) endeavored to impart Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) and helped the students coming from underprivileged background to be their better self. 'Anvay,' a term rooted in Hindi, encapsulates the essence of togetherness and connection between individuals. In alignment with UN SDG 4 - Quality Education, Project Anvay actively works on helping students gain minimum proficiency in basic reading, writing and oral skills. We take proactive steps to arrange visits to an MCD school in Kamla Nagar, Delhi, where they facilitated story based learning ,

About the Millennium Fellow

Priyam Gupta is a final year undergrad at Hansraj College, University of Delhi, pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Economics. He is deeply passionate about sustainable entrepreneurship, technology-driven social impact, and grassroots innovation. As Director of Research at Enactus Hansraj, Priyam has led initiatives in sustainable product development and environmental entrepreneurship. He has represented his team in over 25 national-level competitions, securing multiple wins including at IIM Calcutta. Through the Millennium Fellowship, he aspires to expand his project “Anvay,” which focuses on foundational literacy and numeracy for underprivileged children in India.
