" I am very excited to be a part of this fellowship. I believe innovation is not also about doing something extraordinary but if an idea can solve an issue despite how small it is, then we call it innovation. I am also passionate about SDG and I believe my joining the fellowship is a step towards the right direction. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Umbrella for Children

Umbrella for children is a project focused on raising awareness among the youth for 3 main issues; student mental health and destigmatisation, antimicrobial resistance climate change awareness. This is through online workshops, social media posts and in person outreaches such as visiting primary and secondary schools or interviewing university students on campus.

About the Millennium Fellow

Asempapa Setsofe Micheline is my name. I am a young lady who is ambitious and goal driven individual. I am a student reading a bachelor's degree in Geography and Archaeology at the University of Ghana Legon. Over the years, I have developed stronger desire towards mental health and the love for equity in our educational system. I love advocacy and hoping to get the global recognition to do so.
Lastly, one thing I believe in that leaders are marked by title.
