" "I believe that medicine, faith, and compassion can heal more than bodies; they can heal communities. Through the Millennium Fellowship, I am excited to connect with change makers worldwide, refine my leadership, and expand my work of promoting tolerance, love, and health in underserved areas. This opportunity will help me transform grassroots initiatives into sustainable solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, amplifying my impact far beyond my local community." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Echoes of Mind

Echoes of Mind is a youth led mental health initiative that aims to break the silence surrounding emotional struggles and connect individuals with the support they deserve. Built by medical students who’i've witnessed the hidden battles within academic and personal life, the project strives to make mental health care accessible, confidential, and compassionate.
At its core, Echoes of Mind is a digital directory that compiles verified information about psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health facilities across Punjab, especially in cities with medical colleges. The platform also includes details such as consultation fees, contact numbers, and emergency helplines to ensure that help is just a click away.
Beyond resources, the project invites individuals to share their personal mental health journeys through an anonymous online submission system. These stories serve as a source of strength, hope, and awareness — reminding everyone that healing begins when we listen, understand, and speak out.
Echoes of Mind stands as both a platform and a movement one that blends empathy with action, technology with humanity, and awareness with accessibility. Guided by the belief that “We Can, We Will,” this initiative envisions a future where no one is left unheard, unseen, or unsupported in their mental health journey.
