Millennium Fellowship Project: Beat Breast Cancer

So it is basically a project regarding breast awareness campaign.In most of the developed countries the mortality rate has been decreased for this cancer due to early detection,
But in Pakistan due to lack of awareness, women usually present it in the 4th stage, that results in increase mortality rate.
Our main goal of this project is to launch awareness campaigns through social media and campaign in jinnah hospital to increase the awareness.
The main purpose of this project is to promote early detection and to encourage women to recognize early signs and symptoms of breast cancer through self examination and timely medical check ups.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sidra Nasir is an aspiring geneticist pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Genetics and Molecular Biology in Pakistan. She is passionate about the intersections of genetics, biotechnology, and bioinformatics, with a keen interest in exploring how science can be translated into real-world solutions. Beyond academics, Sidra has engaged in research, earned a certification in cybercrime awareness, and actively works on entrepreneurial initiatives. She is dedicated to fostering innovation, empowering communities, and contributing to global health and scientific advancement.
