Millennium Fellowship Project: Leadership-training Outreach in Igbo-ora Primary School
This project was a leadership training outreach for primary school students at Igbo-Ora Primary School, a rural community in Oyo State. The goal was to develop a sense of leadership among the students by teaching them the fundamentals of leadership and how to apply leadership skills in their daily school activities. The 4-hour outreach session focused on practical lessons to help students practice leadership early, fostering confidence and responsibility. My project was targeted to develop a sense of leadership amongst primary school students teaching them what leadership really was and how they can put to practice acts of leadership even while in primary school.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sixtus Ebube Ezeadum is a penultimate level student of medicine and surgery at the University of Ibadan. He is passionate about leadership, AI entrepreneurship and nation-building.
He's the founder of GoxygenAI — a solution aimed at providing AI automated content marketing B2B services. When he is not in the hospital fixing patients, he's traveling for conferences and workshops or attending leadership and entrepreneurial bootcamp sessions. Sixtus believes in pursuing wisdom from God to cause the greatest change in a world where it is needed the most — and scaling that wisdom through teaching and making impact.
