" Becoming a Millennium Fellow is an opportunity to build valuable skills, gain leadership development, and access networking opportunities for social impact. The experience, training, and skills I will gain through the Millennium Fellowship will enable me to acquire practical exposure to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and UNAI principles. Passion and creativity play a major role in my desire for social impact. I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because I know it will give me the opportunity and platform to create global change. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Good Health and Wellness Campaign

Good Health & Wellness Campaign is an initiative created to: Raise awareness on preventable diseases, promote everyday wellness practices, empower children and adults with life saving health knowledge, and support the global agenda for healthier and stronger communities.

My project successfully achieved public awareness by educating different groups on healthier habits, proper kidney care, and essential hygiene practices. Through community outreach, school visit, and market sensitization, the project:
-Increased public understanding of kidney health and early warning signs,
-Promoted healthier habits and preventive practices,
-Distributed sanitary materials such as toothbrush and soaps to children in a local community,
-Provided valuable health and hygiene information to both children and adults.
-These efforts helped improve community knowledge and inspired individuals to adopt better wellness practices.
