Millennium Fellowship Project: Clean water, Better Health
This project focuses on promoting clean and safe water consumption as a pathway to improving public health within the community. Through a combination of physical outreach, community engagement, and digital awareness, the project aims to educate individuals—especially market women, students, and everyday residents—on the risks of unsafe water and the practical steps they can take to protect their health.
About the Millennium Fellow
Peculiar Chidinma Ikem is a 300 level Microbiology student of the University of Benin.
She was born in Lagos, Nigeria but currently lives in Benin city, Edo state.
Peculiar Chidinma Ikem is very passionate about clean environment and sanitation as she stands for SDG 6
Peculiar plans to sensitize the community on the importance to maintain a clean environment and the dangers of water pollution.
