Millennium Fellowship Project: Combating Chronic Diseases in Nigeria (CCDN)

Combating Chronic Diseases in Nigeria (CCDN) Project is a community-based initiative focused on reducing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension(HBP), and chronic respiratory diseases. The project aims to educate Nigerians, especially youths, about the causes of these conditions and promote healthier lifestyle choices through nutrition awareness, physical activity encouragement, and reduced smoking and alcohol use. By showing that healthy living can be affordable, enjoyable, and practical, CCDN works to reduce the rising burden of chronic diseases and improve overall community well-being.
