Millennium Fellowship Project: Springwell Medico presents MADE for MORE project

This project focuses on Waste Management and Environmental Sustainability, targeting the university or campus community as well as the surrounding environment. The project aimed to increase recycling and diversion rates by promoting recycling and composting programs. It also collaborated with local businesses by providing waste bins to reduce indiscriminate waste disposal. Key successes included a warm reception from business owners and favorable weather that facilitated sanitation activities. Challenges included limited resources, such as having only a few waste bins, which restricted the scale of the project. Overall, the initiative contributed to a cleaner campus and community while raising awareness about sustainable waste management practices.
