Millennium Fellowship Project: SOCIAL ANXIETY NIGERIA: SPEAK, LISTEN

Social Anxiety Nigeria: Speak, Listen Project hopes to explore what social anxiety is, why it happens and how to manage it among secondary school students, especially because these young ones are in their formative years and most take charge of their lives. My team and I hope to create this awareness through our community service project targeting secondary school students, where we would talk about how social anxiety can shape friendships, academics, self-confidence, and ultimately, how you can overcome it, adopting practical strategies that have worked for us.
