By collaborating with like-minded leaders, I will develop innovative programs that empower young learners and expand basic life-support awareness. This fellowship will equip me with the skills and network needed to amplify sustainable solutions, ensuring that every individual has the knowledge and resources to thrive. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Moodboost Lab
Mood Boost Labs is a creative mental wellness initiative designed to help secondary school students (ages 12–18) understand and improve their emotional well-being. The project provides a safe, supportive space where students can learn practical strategies to manage stress, boost their mood, and develop healthy coping skills. Through engaging activities such as mood check-ins, interactive workshops, creative expression exercises, and peer support circles, Mood Boost Labs empowers young people to recognize their emotions, build resilience, and develop positive mental health habits that support both their academic success and personal growth.
The project aims to make mental wellness fun, accessible, and part of everyday school life.
