Millennium Fellowship Project: Chronic Aid
This foundation is dedicated to supporting individuals living with chronic medical conditions, with this year’s focus on diabetes and hypertension. The project aims to expand its services in the coming years to reach more people with chronic illnesses. During the initiative, individuals were identified, scheduled for clinic visits, and provided with a free monthly supply of medications. The project helped improve access to healthcare, ensured continuity of treatment, and promoted better disease management for participants, laying the groundwork for long-term support and health advocacy for people living with chronic conditions.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ibegbunam Victor is a brilliant, and intentional medical student at the College of medicine, University of Lagos. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria and l also resides there but is an indigene of Anambra state. He is passionate about quality surgical care, entrepreneurship and preventive health. He has attended various outreaches contributing positively to the health of people in the community.
