United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Communicators' Connect

Communicators' connect is a podcast designed to help students, especially those studying communications, navigate university life while preparing for their future careers. The project provides practical insights into media, videography, directing, and hosting, giving participants hands-on experience. It also serves as a platform for students to share knowledge, raise awareness, and encourage peers to actively seek diverse learning opportunities and real-world experiences that enhance their academic and professional growth.

About the Millennium Fellow

Yezid Odugbemi is a young creative student in his penultimate year at the Department of Mass Communication, now Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, University of Lagos Where he will also be serving as the Public Relations Officer from next session.
He was born in Lagos, grew up in ofin State and currently schools in Lagos state, Nigeria. He has always been particular about making sure everyone around him is positively impacted hence the nickname, The Value King.
