"
Millennium Fellowship Project: THE DREAMS and GOALS WALL
Our project, 'The Dreams and Goals Wall,' is a social impact initiative carried out to inspire secondary school students to think about their future ambitions and careers and encourage them towards achieving them. The project created a safe and motivating space where the students wrote down their dreams, goals, and aspirations on cardboard dedicated as the “Dreams and Goals Wall.” and was placed in their classrooms where they could see it everyday and be motivated to work harder.
My team members and I, with our volunteers, had interactive conversations with the students.
The initiative encouraged them to believe in themself and their dreams. We also made sure to let them understand that their career choices was theirs to make. The project aims to spark motivation, boost confidence, and help students connect their present reality to the future they hope to build.
