" Advocating for good health and well-being has always been at the core of who I am. I believe that women’s health issues, such as menstruation and PCOS, deserve more open conversations and informed solutions. The Millennium Fellowship offers me the platform, skills, and global network to amplify my impact, collaborate with like-minded change makers, and create sustainable initiatives that align with SDG 3. I am excited to learn, share, and grow while turning my passion into measurable change across communities. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: EmpowerHer health
EmpowerHer Health is a project dedicated to supporting girls by providing them with sanitary pads and educating them about menstrual health. Many girls, especially in rural areas, miss school or face challenges during their periods because they cannot afford proper menstrual products or lack knowledge about managing their periods safely. This project addresses these issues by ensuring they have access to hygiene products and the information they need to take care of themselves.
