Millennium Fellowship Project: My Flow My Identity
This project is aimed at impacting lives and making a positive change. It is targeted towards achieving one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 6, but would be paying special attention to the needs of women and girls as regards their menstrual health and hygiene. This project would involve going to some communities and secondary schools to educate women and young girls on menstrual hygiene which is crucial for their health and wellbeing and also in preventing certain conditions like reproductive tract infections, urinary tract infections and skin problems. Also, sanitary pads would be given to as many students as can be reached and also, education of proper disposal of the sanitary pads would also be done.
