Millennium Fellowship Project: Rising Safe: Ensuring Safe Learning Environment
Rising Safe is a community outreach project in Oyun Community aimed at creating a safe learning environment for teenagers. The initiative engaged parents, teachers, and youths in discussions and reflections on promoting safety, support, and positive learning experiences. The project successfully brought parents and children together, fostering open communication and mutual understanding, and laid the foundation for ongoing community efforts to ensure a safe and supportive educational environment for all teenagers.
About the Millennium Fellow
Maryam Adeleye is a passionate Changemaker. She cares about community development and the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals. This has fuel has driven to engage in activities that focuses on these areas. One of her present project is Rural Rise Project which is aimed at providing Quality Education and Educational Materials to Children and Teengaers in Rural Areas. She believes this will enhance inclusivity ans foster or fast track the actualization of the sustainable development goals.
