" "I am passionate about empowering young people with knowledge that shapes their future and strengthens public health in my community. The Millennium Fellowship excites me because it offers a platform to collaborate, learn, and amplify my impact in advancing the SDGs through education and health initiatives." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Balancing Freedom and Academic Responsibility

The project focused on preparing senior secondary school students to manage and balance academic and social life in tertiary institutions. During the Fellowship, it successfully addressed misconceptions students had about university life and provided practical insights on navigating academics, social interactions, and campus responsibilities. The sessions helped students develop a clearer understanding of what to expect, building confidence and equipping them with strategies to transition smoothly into higher education.
