Millennium Fellowship Project: The Brother's Keeper
The Brother's Keeper is an initiative designed to promote healthy living through a regular check on the Mental health of our immediate community members. It is about being there for the people around us. It’s a simple way to remind ourselves that checking in on others; friends, family, or neighbors, can make a real difference. Sometimes, all a person needs is a conversation, a listening ear, or just knowing they’re not alone. We encourage regular check-ins, not as a formality, but as a way to genuinely care for each other’s mental well-being. Life can be tough, and no one should have to go through it alone. A little kindness and attention can go a long way.
