Millennium Fellowship Project: The Ideal Mindscape
The IdealMindscape is a project that focuses on SDG 3 and aims to explore ways of improving the mental health of student across various campuses in Nigeria. Mental health is often neglected in Nigeria but in reality many students across different campuses continue to battle with various forms of mental health issues ranging to depression to anxiety to ADHD which if left unchecked could affect the academic performance and life as whole. This project aims to educate and enlighten students on how to handle to handle stress, depression, anxiety and overall how to take care of their mental health to improve productivity and general wellbeing
About the Millennium Fellow
Favour Akpe is a dedicated medical student at the University of Uyo with a strong passion for healthcare and community service. He is committed to improving access to quality medical care and advocates for youth empowerment through education. Beyond academics, he actively participates in volunteer initiatives and enjoys research, writing, and mentorship. Favour aspires to become a physician who combines clinical practice with impactful public health interventions.
