Millennium Fellowship Project: From Page to Paycheck

From Page to Paycheck is a capacity-building initiative designed to equip young people with practical skills and knowledge to transform their talents into income-generating opportunities. The project involved planning and executing a five-day webinar series where experts shared insights on professional skills, career development, and entrepreneurship. I handled all aspects of the project individually, including content creation, flyer design, speaker coordination, participant communication, group management, issuing participation certificates, and providing one-on-one mentoring in ghostwriting for participants who expressed interest. The project aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, empowering participants to turn their skills into tangible income streams.
