" As a champion of education and women's empowerment, I'm thrilled to be part of the Millennium Fellowship, where I can amplify my impact and collaborate with like-minded individuals to drive positive change. Through my work, I'm committed to creating opportunities for women and children to thrive, and I believe that this fellowship will enable me to take my efforts to the next level and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Read to lead
I am leading the Read to Lead project at Thulamela Library and through online platforms. The project focuses on helping children from different backgrounds and age groups develop strong reading, communication, presentation, and writing skills. So far, the project has successfully supported more than 100 children from South Africa and Nigeria. The target audience is children, and through partnerships with various schools, we managed to reach and engage even more children, expanding the impact of the project beyond the initial locations.
