" A chance to create social impact in my community and be able to get out of my comfort zone, expose myself to the world and continue to learn and grow is the goal. The Millennium Fellowship will open doors for opportunities and possibilities for the institution that I'm enrolled in as well as the individuals in it because you know what, it takes a village to uplift a village. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Boss Ladies
This project focuses on empowering women to become the best, fearless version of themselves. It aims to improve their leadership skills, boost self-confidence, support their businesses through increased exposure, and enhance public speaking abilities. The target audience includes students on my campus as well as women in rural communities. As a result of the project, women have gained confidence, taken greater control over their lives, improved their leadership abilities, become effective public speakers, and, for those who own businesses, are seeing their ventures thrive.
