Nnamdi Azikiwe University Nnewi | Nnewi, Nigeria | Advancing SDG 3, SDG 6 & UNAI 3

" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because I hope to make the lives of people around me much easier. The society we live in is filled with struggles, and I want to ease the burdens of others in any way I can. This fellowship offers a space for effective collaboration with my peers and the opportunity to gain mentors I can learn from. I am deeply inspired by the diversity of humanity; how individuals bring different, beautiful perspectives about life and impact—and I look forward to engaging with that richness. Being here aligns perfectly with my commitment to growth, as it offers both personal development and a global reach. More than anything, I hope people resonate with my story, and that I can inspire both myself and those I interact with along the way. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Everyone Deserves The Basics
Everyone Deserves the Basics is a hygiene-focused initiative aimed at improving health awareness in nursery and primary schools. The project educates the population in the school especially the pupils on environmental hygiene through interactive sessions and practical demonstrations like proper handwashing. By encouraging healthier habits and a cleaner school environment, the goal is to help reduce preventable illnesses and promote better learning conditions that children can carry beyond the classroom.
