Millennium Fellowship Project: Free Medical Outreach
Free medical outreach was conducted at the Police Barracks, Uwani, to bring free medical checkups and drugs to individuals and families living in the barracks, while promoting good health and well being. The target beneficiaries were police personnel and their families. Through this project, families at the Police Barracks received free medical checkups and treatment, which helped in identifying and treating illnesses they were previously unaware of, as well as supporting those who could not afford medical care or access proper medical attention.
About the Millennium Fellow
Chukwuoma Victor Chidiuto is a young and politically inclined, determined individual. He resides at Fct Abuja, Nigeria and is currently studying Theatre and Film studies in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra state, Nigeria and currently is in 400 level. For as long as Victor could remember Victor has always been very much involved and enthusiastic about social Justice and political matters especially of that which affect lives in the society, he is indulgent in activities and communities that has to do with social or human protection of both rights and the voice of the masses. This drive showcased in several actions from Victor as he got into relevant positions politically in school both in department, Faculty and the university as a whole, of which he was a senator and currently is part of the Student union senatorial body of the school. Throughout his high school years and now in college Victor has been involved in activities or joining bodies that will help to project his voice in the protection of social justice of the environment where he finds himself. Victor is very much persuaded that all this involvement is gaining more experience for him so as to be able to have a wider range of influence in carrying out his passion and goal of enforcing social Justice and protecting individual lives.
