" I am very passionate about mental health. I believe that when people are supported to care for their minds, they can unlock their full potential and live more fulfilling lives. With the right awareness, resources, and supportive communities, mental health can be prioritized just as much as physical health. I am where I am today because I had people who reminded me of the importance of well-being, and I want to be that person who encourages and empowers others to prioritize their mental health. The Millennium Fellowship will give me the platform to amplify this cause, connect with others who share this vision, and create meaningful impact. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: CareSphere Project

This project is a combination of several individual initiatives aimed at improving community well-being and student support. It includes HIV testing and education to raise awareness and help individuals know their status, support group sessions to promote mental health awareness, student aid programs particularly for foreign students, and visits to the local homeless shelter to provide assistance and engagement. By integrating health education, emotional support, and social outreach, the project addresses multiple community needs, empowers participants with knowledge and resources, and fosters a culture of care, inclusion, and support within both student and local communities.
