Millennium Fellowship Project: Safe, Sustainable, Affordable and Inclusive sanitation

This project focuses on providing Safe, Sustainable, Affordable, and Inclusive sanitation by improving standards of sanitation facilities in rural and informal settlements, including public institutions. The goal is to enhance dignity, address health gaps such as waterborne diseases, create conducive working and learning environments, increase productivity, and promote equality. The target audience includes schools (primary, secondary, and tertiary), government facilities, public/community spaces, and homes. During the project, valuable leadership skills were gained, including reaching out to potential partners, clearly explaining the project, and communicating its potential impact, laying the foundation for long-term community engagement and improved sanitation outcomes.
