" I am thrilled to be a Millennium Fellow because it empowers him to connect with visionary leaders from across the globe, harness the power of youth collaboration, and drive meaningful change step by step, community by community. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Justice Awareness
Our project, Justice Awareness, is a youth-driven initiative that seeks to empower young people with knowledge of law, policy, and justice systems so they can become active change makers in their communities.
The project builds on an earlier initiative that explored how legal frameworks can advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through that foundation, we worked on:
- Raising awareness of how law and policy influence sustainable development.
- Encouraging youth participation in justice and decision-making spaces.
- Promoting innovation and collaboration as tools to strengthen access to justice.
Now, through our merger, Justice Awareness takes this vision further by ensuring that young people are not only aware of their rights and responsibilities but also equipped to take action for fairness, equality, and sustainability.
We believe that when youth understand the power of justice, they can drive transformative change toward a more equitable future.
