" Empathy and inclusion have always been at the heart of everything I do, inspiring me to create spaces where young people can feel safe, supported, and understood. The Millennium Fellowship offers a unique platform to refine my skills, learn from global change makers, and bring greater structure to my initiative Making Support Possible. With this opportunity, I aim to reach more youth aged 12–19, spark open conversations, and build peer-led networks that can continue to grow beyond the Fellowship—aligning my work with the UNAI principles and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: EduVantage

EduVantage is a social impact initiative aimed at fostering sustainability awareness among students and communities through creative, scientific, and engaging experiences. The project blends education with action, focusing on three core components — a Talk on Sustainability, a Sustainable Fashion Show, and a Scientific Mentoring Session. Each segment was designed to inspire conscious thinking, showcase eco-friendly creativity, and build scientific understanding for real-world sustainability solutions.
EduVantage emphasizes that sustainability is not a burden but a lifestyle choice and a path to innovation. The project sparked meaningful conversations, encouraged behavioral change, and cultivated a community of young sustainability advocates.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sivadhanushya P is a resilient, empathetic, and purpose-driven final-year Computer Science student at Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai. Born in Chennai, India, she has long been passionate about fostering youth empowerment and creating safe, inclusive spaces for young people aged 12–19, believing these formative years should be shaped by growth and connection rather than silently drifting through uncertainty, unsure how to navigate or where to turn. This vision has guided her initiative Making Support Possible, which aims to encourage open dialogue, creative expression, and peer-led support networks that help youth feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate moments of change and growth. Through her continuous commitment to community well-being and her emerging leadership, she plans to strengthen this work during the Millennium Fellowship and beyond, committed to expanding these efforts and creating lasting change, contributing meaningfully to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
