Webster Vienna Private University | Vienna, Austria | Advancing SDG 5, SDG 12 & UNAI 9

" I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow, because I know through this community I will be able to make an impact. My cause for the inclusion of women in all fields of life will be reinforced and positively impacted by the connections and experience I will gain in the fellowship. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: SustainHer Sip n' Thrift
SustainHer is a project created by Millennium Fellows who care about bringing
sustainability and women’s advocacy together. We’re teaming up across universities in Vienna to host thrift and donation events where students can exchange, buy, or donate clothes — while also creating space for open, honest conversations about women’s experiences on campus. Through these events, we hope to cut down on waste, support local women’s shelters, and build stronger, more supportive communities for women.
About the Millennium Fellow
Eri Bekteshi is a 23 year old girl studying International Relations in Vienna. For as long as she can remember, living abroad and being independent has always been incredibly important to her. Living in Vienna has been a dream come true for Eri, because she can finally pursue her ambitions of becoming a part of the international community. To Eri, it's not just about working in international organizations, but most importantly about making a change within the international community, which in her campus, Webster Vienna Private University, begins with the cause of women empowerment and inclusion.
