Climate Career Bridge Fellowship

The Climate Career Bridge Fellowship is a program designed by the Climate Talent Initiative (CTI) to support experienced professionals in the energy transition sector who are undergoing a career shift. The fellowship provides financial support, mentorship, and networking opportunities to individuals developing innovative ideas that contribute to a just energy transition. It is particularly aimed at those focusing on nonprofit-driven initiatives. Applicants must have at least five years of professional experience in climate or energy transition work. While the fellowship is open to individuals worldwide, preference is given to candidates from the Global South or those whose work primarily focuses on the Global South.
