IB Youth Advisory Council (YAC)

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a new initiative by the IB aimed at ensuring that IB students are recognized and have a platform to communicate feedback directly to the organization. The council seeks 12 creative, proactive, and collaborative problem-solvers who are currently enrolled in the Middle Years Programme (MYP), Career Programme (CP), or Diploma Programme (DP), or are recent graduates. Applicants should be prepared to articulate their motivation for joining the YAC, provide examples of leadership, community service, or advocacy involvement, understand how participation can enhance student engagement, and demonstrate originality and initiative in problem-solving.
