About this opportunity
The Rising Leaders of Mexico Fellowship, powered by the Watson Institute, is a 16-week leadership and venture development program tailored for emerging social entrepreneurs from Mexico. The fellowship aims to equip participants with the skills, resources, and experiences necessary to scale impactful ventures addressing pressing social challenges. Fellows join a dynamic community, engaging in mentorship, receiving tailored feedback, and accessing a venture development stipend. The program begins with a 10-day in-person immersive experience in Boulder, Colorado, followed by 15 weeks of virtual sessions requiring a weekly commitment of 8–10 hours. These virtual sessions cover topics such as Foundations, Data & Metrics, Go-To-Market strategies, Funding, Team Management, and Pitching. A distinctive feature of the fellowship is the Basecamp, a 1–3 day Impact Workshop led by each Fellow in their community to share their work, gather feedback, and network. The fellowship culminates in a Summit, where Fellows pitch their ventures to local leaders, funders, and entrepreneurs.
