About this opportunity
The UNESCO Prize for Girls’ and Women’s Education is an international award established in 2015 to recognize outstanding efforts made by individuals, institutions, or organizations to advance girls’ and women’s education. To be eligible, nominees must be individuals, institutions, or non-governmental organizations with established and successful projects that have been running for at least two years. The initiative should demonstrate tangible results, innovative approaches, and the potential to be replicated or scaled. Nominations are submitted by UNESCO Member States via their National Commissions or by accredited NGOs in official partnership with UNESCO.
