Vital Voices Visionaries Program

​The Vital Voices Visionaries Program is a leadership development initiative aimed at empowering emerging women leaders who are driving social impact across the globe. In partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, the program offers a 7-week immersive virtual experience that includes leadership training, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Participants engage in live virtual sessions and complete weekly assignments, culminating in a certificate of completion. Upon finishing the program, fellows join a global network of over 20,000 women leaders committed to creating positive change in their communities. Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application and identify as women. Eligible candidates should have an established social impact organization, business, or initiative, or serve as key decision-makers within such entities. Alternatively, individuals with a clear vision for a new organization, business, or initiative with a defined social purpose are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English is required, as the program is conducted in English
