Suha 360

Project Overview

Suha 360 is an innovative national student-led health initiative that aims to transform the culture of medical education, community health engagement, and research impact in Libya.The project redefines health as a 360-degree ecosystem that integrates clinical care, public health, environmental safety, mental wellbeing, digital health, and social responsibility—all driven by youth leadership and scientific excellence.Born from the observation that medical education in the Arab region remains highly theoretical and disconnected from community needs, Suha 360 emerged as a movement that positions the medical student not just as a future doctor, but as a community leader, researcher, and change-maker.

Project Impact

During the Millennium Fellowship, Suha 360 significantly expanded its impact by reaching thousands through health awareness campaigns on breast cancer, diabetes, mental health, and substance abuse. It led city-wide school eye screenings, ensuring access to care for children across Tarhuna, and informed local health planning. The initiative built strong partnerships across public institutions and international networks, demonstrating the power of community-driven healthcare in a post-conflict setting while strengthening local capacity, awareness, and long-term collaboration.
