Campus Directors
Who are Campus Directors?
Campus Directors are selected Millennium Fellows who take on an additional leadership role. They serve as the primary point of contact for their Campus Cohort and for the MCN Fellowship management team, ensuring regular communication, coordination, and accountability throughout the program.
Campus Eligibility
At least 2 Campus Directors per campus.
As Campus Directors, you commit to:

Serve as the primary point of contact between fellows on your campus and Team MCN

Attend 4-Hour Onboarding and Training
(August)

Do 1:1 Introductory calls with your fellows

Facilitate Fellowship Training Sessions in coordination with your co-director as you convene fellows on your campus.

Track Progress and ensure fellows meet the fellowship deadlines and graduation requirement

4 Hour Intensive Training
To set you up for the role ahead!
Prepare and Facilitate 6 Training Sessions along with your Co-director
Mark Attendances,
Track Fellowship Submissions for in your cohort, provide support to fellows on fellowship activities
Do at least 2 check-in calls with your POC at Team MCN
Coordinate with fellows and ensure they have completed all the graduation requirements.

Leadership & Mentorship
2 :1 and small group mentorship from team MCN to support your your leadership and success in social impact work.

Global Network
Connect with and learn from other Campus Directors on campuses across the globe

Recognition
Successful Campus Directors also receive a Letter of Recognition issued by the Millennium Campus Network.
